TACO FILLED PASTA SHELLS

Ingredients
  1. 20 uncooked jumbo pasta shells
  2. 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  3. 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  4. 1 jar salsa, divided
  5. 3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
  6. 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until no longer pink and drain.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning mix, 1 cup of salsa and cream cheese. Stir in about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Fill each shell with ground beef mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Top each shell with a drizzle of extra salsa.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until heated through.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake, uncovered, for about 3-5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
